Team Culver is comprised of Dennis Culver and Jann Culver
Jann and Dennis Culver
Jann and Dennis Culver have been in the Real Estate business since 1978. Jann worked with Century 21 as a top sales agent and regional trainer, while Dennis worked as a Broker and sales manager at a homebuilding company. After moving to Colorado in 1982, both Jann and Dennis worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as loan officers. Jann worked through Home office management and retired as the national product manager in 2002. Dennis worked in all levels of sales management and retired as National sales manager of the western U.S. in 2007. Retirement has allowed both of us the ability to focus on Family and Community.
We own a second home in Estes Park, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors and all that Rocky Mountain National Park has to offer.
Our Daughter, Danielle, rides her horse as an adult amateur in regional Dressage shows. We enjoy supporting her and participating by "grooming" for her as "Show Mom and Show Dad", while maintaining the family home and horse property in Boulder County.
Serving the community is our way of giving back. Jann volunteers for FEMA, helping in the areas of Equine Evacuation and Serving with the Boulder Medical Reserve Corps. Dennis has volunteered with the Boulder Rural Fire Protection District since 1986, serving as a Firefighter, Assistant Chief and now in his current role assisting the Board of Directors.
As Broker Associates at WK Real Estate, our goal is to blend our experience in Business, Family and Community to help our clients accomplish what's most important to them in the acquisition or sale of Real Estate.
